CSI Hyderabad Chapter Sets World Record with Largest Hybrid AI Readiness Program for Academia and Industry

In a remarkable milestone for Artificial Intelligence education and digital skill development, the Computer Society of India (CSI), Hyderabad Chapter, Telangana, has created a World Record by organizing the Largest AI Readiness Program for Academia and Industry Conducted in Hybrid Mode (Online & Offline). The prestigious achievement has been officially recognized by World Records India.

The flagship initiative, titled “CSI AI100K,” was launched to promote Artificial Intelligence awareness and prepare students and professionals for the rapidly evolving AI-driven future. Conducted over an impressive 111-day period, from 19 November 2025 to 10 March 2026, the program reached 100,879 participants from 84 universities, colleges, and organizations across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka.

Designed as a comprehensive hybrid learning initiative, CSI AI100K combined online and offline sessions featuring expert lectures, hands-on workshops, and structured training modules. The program equipped participants with industry-relevant AI knowledge while fostering innovation, collaboration, and practical learning. Sessions were delivered by eminent academicians and leading industry experts, creating a unique platform that bridged the gap between academia and industry and empowered the next generation of AI professionals.

The successful execution of this historic initiative was led by Dr. A. V. Krishna Prasad, Chairman of the CSI Hyderabad Chapter, along with Dr. Sarvepally Kalyan, Convener of CSI AI100K, and Shri STVSS Yadunandan, Program Director of CSI AI100K. Their visionary leadership and dedicated efforts ensured the seamless management and outstanding success of one of India’s largest AI education campaigns.

In recognition of this extraordinary accomplishment, World Records India officially recorded the achievement, and certificates were presented during the CSI AI100K Leadership & Impact Summit held in Hyderabad, Telangana.

This world-record initiative underscores the Computer Society of India, Hyderabad Chapter’s commitment to advancing Artificial Intelligence education, fostering collaboration between academia and industry, and preparing thousands of students and professionals with future-ready skills. By engaging 100,879 participants through a structured hybrid learning model, CSI AI100K has established a new benchmark in AI awareness and capacity building, inspiring similar large-scale educational initiatives across the country.
