Demonstrating extraordinary dedication, discipline, and mastery of Indian classical dance, Harshitha Arava, a 12-year-old Bharatanatyam artist from Secunderabad, Telangana, has created a New World Record by becoming the Youngest Girl to Perform Bharatanatyam for the Longest Duration in her age category. The remarkable feat was accomplished during her Arangetram at the prestigious Ravindra Bharathi Auditorium, Hyderabad, Telangana, where Harshitha delivered a continuous two-hour Bharatanatyam performance, exhibiting exceptional stamina, grace, and artistic excellence throughout the recital.
During the performance, she presented an impressive repertoire of classical Bharatanatyam compositions, including Pushpanjali – Ganesh Stuti, Alarippu, Pada Varnam, Hanuman Chalisa, Brahmam Okkate, and Tillana.
