Demonstrating the strength, reliability, and long-distance capability of electric mobility, Mahindra Electric Automobile Limited (MEAL) has set a World Record for organizing the Largest EV Convoy on a Cross-Border International Road Trip.
The record-breaking expedition featured 10 Mahindra electric vehicles embarking on an epic journey from Delhi, travelling through Gorakhpur, Siliguri, and Phuentsholing, before reaching Thimphu, Bhutan. Covering an impressive distance of 1,850 kilometres, the convoy successfully crossed international borders while navigating diverse terrains and road conditions.
The expedition highlighted the capability of Mahindra’s electric vehicles to undertake long-distance international travel with exceptional efficiency, comfort, and reliability. It also reinforced the growing potential of electric mobility in promoting sustainable transportation and reducing carbon emissions beyond national boundaries.
