Chennais Amirta Group of Institutions has achieved a remarkable World Record for the Maximum Participants in a Human Formation Representing a Sportsman’s Jersey Number. Under the guidance of R. Boominathan, Chairman, a total of 2,026 participants assembled at Nehru Stadium, Chennai, to create a spectacular human formation displaying ‘CA♡DK19’ in tribute to celebrated Indian cricketer Dinesh Karthik.
The record-breaking formation measured an impressive 198.2 feet × 52 feet, making it one of the largest coordinated human displays dedicated to a sportsperson’s jersey number. The event showcased exceptional planning, precision, and teamwork while bringing together students in a powerful demonstration of unity and admiration for one of India’s distinguished cricketing icons.
Organized to honour Dinesh Karthik’s outstanding contribution to cricket, the initiative also sought to inspire students to embrace the values of resilience, determination, perseverance, and sporting excellence.
