Sunshine Cell Foundation, under the leadership of Prof. Pallavi Patodkar Bodile, has achieved a remarkable World Record for the Maximum Unique Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS) Models Presented by Students in a Day. The record-setting initiative witnessed students showcasing 635 unique models and posters based on Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS), celebrating India’s rich intellectual and cultural heritage through innovative educational exhibits.
Aligned with the vision of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, the event brought together students aged 9 to 19 years from Wardha and nearby districts, who creatively presented traditional Indian knowledge across diverse disciplines. The exhibits highlighted ancient Indian concepts in science, mathematics, astronomy, medicine, architecture, agriculture, philosophy, and environmental sustainability, demonstrating their relevance in contemporary education.
The initiative aimed to promote awareness and appreciation of Indian Knowledge Systems by encouraging experiential learning and innovation among young minds. By presenting IKS concepts through engaging models and posters, the programme emphasized the educational value of India’s traditional wisdom while inspiring students to explore and preserve the nation’s intellectual legacy.
