Mera Yuva Bharat (MY Bharat), the flagship youth engagement platform of the Department of Youth Affairs, has achieved a remarkable World Record for the highest participation in an online quiz within one week. A total of 390,812 participants successfully completed the Viksit Bharat Young Leaders’ Dialogue (VBYLD) Quiz during the official assessment period, earning the record in the category of “Most Users to Take an Online Quiz in One Week.”
The prestigious World Record certificate was presented during a ceremony at Shram Shakti Bhawan, New Delhi, in the presence of Union Minister for Youth Affairs & Sports and Labour & Employment Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya, Minister of State Raksha Nikhil Khadse, Secretary of the Department of Youth Affairs Dr. Pallavi Jain Govil, senior government officials, and other distinguished guests. The achievement reflects the growing enthusiasm and active participation of India’s youth in nation-building initiatives.
The Viksit Bharat Young Leaders’ Dialogue Quiz was organized to promote awareness and encourage youth participation in the vision of Viksit Bharat@2047. Conducted through the MY Bharat portal, the initiative attracted participation from more than 50.42 lakh young people across all 28 States and 8 Union Territories. During the official assessment period, over 8.39 lakh quiz participations were recorded, with 390,812 entries being officially verified after a rigorous validation process, including independent digital forensic audits.
Congratulating the MY Bharat team, Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya dedicated the achievement to the youth of India, describing it as a reflection of their aspirations and commitment toward building a developed nation. With over 2.19 crore registrations since its launch, the MY Bharat platform has emerged as a powerful digital initiative for youth engagement, leadership development, volunteering, and citizen participation. This historic world record further highlights the government’s commitment to empowering young citizens through technology-driven platforms and meaningful public participation.
