Renowned antique clock collector Robert Kennedy has offered to donate his World Record-holding collection of mechanical clocks to the Government of Tamil Nadu, appealing for the establishment of a permanent heritage museum to preserve the priceless collection for future generations. In a representation submitted to Chief Minister C.
