Jaipur National University Sets World Record with Largest Millet-Based Pizza

The School of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Jaipur National University (JNU) has achieved a remarkable World Record for preparing the Largest Millet-Based Pizza by an Educational Institute. Under the guidance of Chancellor Dr. Sandeep Bakshi, the institution created a gigantic circular millet-based pizza measuring 119 inches × 119 inches, showcasing culinary innovation while promoting healthy and sustainable food choices.

The record-setting pizza was crafted using a millet-based crust, aligning with the Government of India’s initiative to revive millet consumption and encourage the use of nutritious, climate-resilient grains. The impressive creation reflected the students’ culinary expertise, teamwork, and commitment to promoting traditional Indian superfoods through modern cuisine.
