Austrian athlete Stefanie Millinger has achieved an extraordinary World Records title after completing 12 nose-to-ground handstand push-ups in just one minute.
Austria’s Stefanie Millinger has added another remarkable achievement to her name by setting the record for the most nose-to-ground handstand push-ups in one minute (female).
Millinger successfully completed 12 repetitions within 60 seconds, demonstrating exceptional upper-body strength, balance, coordination and control.
Unlike a conventional push-up, the challenge requires the athlete to maintain a handstand position while repeatedly lowering the body until the nose comes extremely close to the ground before pushing back upward.
Completing even a single controlled repetition requires considerable strength and stability. Performing 12 repetitions in only one minute makes Millinger’s achievement particularly impressive.
The record highlights the Austrian athlete’s combination of muscular endurance, precision and advanced hand-balancing ability.
World Records recognizes Millinger’s performance under the title “Most nose-to-ground handstand push-ups in one minute (female).”
