The high-rise forms part of a residential project with a Floor Space Index (FSI) built-up area of 80,742.91 square feet and comprises 112 well-designed 2-BHK apartments. The project was executed using the Industrialised 3-S System, incorporating precast reinforced cement concrete (RCC) walls, beams, and slabs, enabling faster construction while maintaining high standards of structural quality, safety, and durability.
