T John College of Pharmacy has achieved a remarkable World Record for the Maximum Working Pharmaceutical Machines Designed by Pharmacy Students. Demonstrating exceptional technical expertise and innovation, 180 pharmacy students successfully designed and manufactured 25 fully functional pharmaceutical machines, showcasing their engineering skills and practical understanding of pharmaceutical technology.
The record-setting initiative provided students with hands-on exposure to the design, fabrication, and functioning of pharmaceutical equipment, bridging the gap between classroom learning and industrial application. By developing working machines, the participants demonstrated creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities while applying theoretical concepts to real-world pharmaceutical processes.
The initiative was undertaken to promote experiential learning, technical innovation, and practical competency in pharmaceutical engineering. It encouraged students to think innovatively, strengthen their technical capabilities, and gain valuable experience that prepares them for the evolving demands of the pharmaceutical industry.
