Serial record-breaker David Rush has added another extraordinary achievement to his collection by balancing an incredible 254 toilet paper rolls on his head, setting a World Records title for the most toilet paper rolls balanced on the head.

Rush, who has achieved more than 200 World Records titles, successfully completed the feat during an attempt, surpassing his previous record of 195 rolls.

For the record attempt, Rush had to balance a towering structure containing 254 toilet paper rolls on his forehead while keeping the entire stack stable. Cardboard dividers permitted under the record guidelines were used to help construct the massive tower, while several people assisted in lifting the structure into position. The challenge required extraordinary concentration, balance and precise control, as even a small movement could cause the entire tower to collapse.

Rush’s first attempt did not go according to plan. After the enormous structure was positioned on his head, it began to wobble before hundreds of toilet paper rolls came crashing to the floor. Undeterred by the failed attempt, Rush prepared for another try. His persistence paid off on the second attempt when he successfully stabilised the huge tower and kept all 254 rolls balanced.

Under the World Records requirements, Rush needed to maintain the balance for at least 30 seconds. He comfortably exceeded that requirement, keeping the 254-roll tower balanced on his forehead for an impressive 1 minute and 12 seconds. The successful performance officially increased the record to 254 toilet paper rolls.

Rush originally set the same record, when he balanced 101 toilet paper rolls on his head. After eventually losing the title, he reclaimed it by successfully balancing 195 rolls before pushing the benchmark even higher with his 254-roll attempt. With 254 toilet paper rolls balanced for 1 minute and 12 seconds, David Rush has once again demonstrated the concentration and persistence that have made him one of the world’s most prolific World Records title holders.
