The Domestic Water & Effluent Treatment Strategic Business Group (SBG) of Larsen & Toubro Construction Limited has achieved a remarkable World Record for conducting the Largest Awareness Campaign for Water Conservation at Multiple Locations. The nationwide initiative, titled “Paani Bachao, Bhavishya Banao,” was organized across 105 locations throughout India, engaging 4,705 participants in a collective effort to promote water conservation.
The large-scale campaign focused on educating communities about the importance of conserving water through simple, practical, and sustainable everyday practices. Through awareness sessions and public engagement activities conducted simultaneously at multiple locations, the initiative inspired individuals to adopt responsible water usage and contribute towards safeguarding one of the nation’s most valuable natural resources.
By reaching thousands of participants across the country, the campaign demonstrated Larsen & Toubro Construction’s commitment to environmental sustainability and social responsibility. The initiative reinforced the importance of collective action in addressing water scarcity and building a more sustainable future.
