Sangam University Creates History with Record-Breaking National Management Conference

Sangam University has achieved a remarkable World Record for the Maximum Students Participating in a National Conference on Management Studies. The prestigious event, sponsored by the Indian Council of Social Science Research – North Regional Centre (ICSSR–NRC), brought together 360 registered participants, including 287 students and research scholars, making it one of the largest academic gatherings focused on management studies in the country.

The conference, themed “Resilient Management Practices for Making India Viksit Bharat @2047,” featured six technical sessions that encouraged insightful discussions on sustainable management strategies, innovation, leadership, entrepreneurship, and policy frameworks essential for achieving India’s long-term development goals. The event provided students, academicians, researchers, and industry experts with a platform to exchange knowledge and explore contemporary management practices.

Organized under the visionary leadership of Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Karunesh Saxena, the conference emphasized the importance of academic research, collaborative learning, and intellectual engagement in shaping future business leaders. The overwhelming participation reflected the growing interest among students and scholars in contributing to India’s vision of becoming a developed nation by 2047.
