Vairams Matriculation Higher Secondary School has achieved a remarkable World Record for the Largest Karnapidasanam-Shaped Human Formation Performed by Students Simultaneously. The record-setting event witnessed 173 students gathering to perform the Karnapidasanam (Ear Pressure Pose) in perfect synchronization, creating a unique human formation that celebrated the spirit of yoga and collective discipline.
The performance was held from 7:10 a.m. to 7:15 a.m. and showcased the students’ coordination, flexibility, and commitment to promoting healthy living through yoga. The formation highlighted the significance of Karnapidasanam, a yogic posture known for enhancing flexibility, improving concentration, and promoting physical and mental well-being.
Organized in observance of International Yoga Day, the initiative aimed to encourage students to adopt yoga as an integral part of their daily lives while spreading awareness about its numerous health benefits. The event also reinforced the importance of holistic education by combining physical fitness with mindfulness and discipline.
